Refund policy

Return Policy:

Once an order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to make changes or modifications. We are happy to accept returns on orders in their original condition: unworn, unwashed in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A $12 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from refund where shipping label is provided. Print on demand items are not eligible for return.

To submit a returns request: 

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the returns page to request a return.

  1. Log in to your account: 
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "continue" 
    2. A six- digit verification code will be sent via email
    3. Enter verification code to access account
  2. Select the order #
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store
  5. Click "Submit request"
  6. Once return request is approved, a shipping label will be emailed

 

Return Processing Times:

Refund processing typically takes up to 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. During peak times it can take longer than normal to process. 

Looking to exchange?

We recommend processing the return of the original item and placing a new order for the exchange size. We are happy to honor original purchase pricing. Prior to placing the new order, please reach out to orders@twistedtea.com if a discount was applied on your original order.

Need to exchange a damaged, missing, or wrong item(s). We apologize for any issue with your order. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue directly with our team.
